Privacy Policy

When you pay by check, we collect your mailing address for purposes of sending you a receipt and we add your information to our postal mailing list unless you ask us not to do so. 

When you pay online through our website, you have the option of providing your phone number and/or your mailing address, but neither are required. We will never call you to resolve a problem. Any communication will be by email from an email address that ends in @planting-books.org. We will add your email address to our electronic mailing list unless you tell us not to in the notes section in the donation form.

In the records we receive about your online payment, we see your name, your email address, and the last four digits of your credit card. We do not see the expiration date, your security code, or any other information about your payment method. 

At no time do we provide donor information to a third party.
